Sgian Dubhs Daywear

The wearing of a Sgian Dubh in the hose top is based on centuries of common wear and etiquette, a core tradition that guests displayed all concealed weapons, either on the table or in the hose top. Most modern Sgian Dubhs are dress only with blunt chrome blades, not the "Black Knife" of old which was carried concealed and was both the clansman's last line of defense and a practical work knife.
